- We will respond to your product quotation within 24 hours. Meanwhile, your dedicated BringHow Consultant will recommend the most suitable shipping method and provide a freight quote based on your delivery address.
What customization services are provided by BringHow?
- We offer comprehensive customization solutions, including customization of both the products themselves and their packaging. For specific details, please feel free to consult with your dedicated BringHow Consultant.
What payment methods does BringHow support?
- We support L/C, T/T and Western Union.
What is the production lead time?
- The lead time for mass production is 7 to 15 days after payment, and the sample lead time is 5 to 7 days. The exact time may be adjusted based on the product and order quantity. Your dedicated BringHow Consultant will keep you updated throughout the process.
I'm just a household user and only plan to buy 2 to 3 items. Can they be customized?
- Yes, we do offer customization services for small-quantity orders. However, please note that the shipping cost for small-batch custom orders may be much higher than expected. Therefore, you need to communicate clearly with your dedicated BringHow Consultant before placing an order.
What are the shipping costs associated with BringHow products?
- The shipping cost will be determined by your delivery address and time requirements. We will recommend the most suitable shipping method accordingly.
