1. Shipping Policy
1.1 Processing Time
Customized Gifts: All custom orders require 3-5 business days for production after the design proof is confirmed in writing by the customer. Production time does not include shipping time.
Stock Items (if applicable): Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days.
1.2 Shipping Destinations & Delivery Time
We ship worldwide to most countries/regions. Delivery time varies by location and shipping method:
1.2.1 Standard Shipping, Delivery Time:7-15 business days, Applicable Regions: Global.
1.2.2 Express Shipping, Delivery Time: 3-5 business days, Applicable Regions: North America, Europe, Australia.
1.3 Shipping Costs
Calculated automatically at checkout based on order weight, destination, and shipping method.
Free Standard Shipping: Available for orders over $99 (excluding custom fees and taxes).
1.4 Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your registered email once your order is shipped. – Track your order status via our website’s [Order Tracking Page] or the logistics provider’s official site.
1.5 Customs & Duties
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s sole responsibility.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or local delivery restrictions. For customs-related questions, contact your local customs office.
2. Returns & Refunds Policy
2.1 General Rules
Due to the personalized nature of our custom gifts, returns and exchanges are only accepted for quality-related issues. For non-custom stock items, returns are allowed within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
1. The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
2. The return request is initiated within 14 days of delivery confirmation.
2.2 Quality Issue Claims
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrectly customized product:
1. Contact Us Immediately: Send an email to hello@bringhow.com within 3 days of delivery, including:
- Your order number
- Clear photos/videos of the issue
- A detailed description of the problem
2. Our Solutions: After verifying the issue, we will offer one of the following options:
Free re-production and reshipping of the custom product
Full refund to your original payment method
Partial refund (negotiated based on the severity of the issue)
2.3 Non-Quality Issues (No Returns/Refunds)
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following situations:
1. Customer-provided incorrect information (e.g., wrong logo, text, or size) leading to customization errors.
2. Change of mind after the design proof is confirmed or production has started.
3. Minor color differences or imperfections that do not affect the product’s use (due to screen display variations and manual production).
4. Delays caused by logistics providers or customs inspections.
2.4 Return Process (For Stock Items Only)
1. Submit a return request via email or our website’s customer service portal.
2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide a return authorization (RA) number and return address if approved.
3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable logistics service. The return shipping cost is borne by the buyer.
4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method, and processing time may vary by your bank.
