SECTION 1: How Orders Are Fulfilled

BringHow operates as a B2B factory-direct manufacturer. We do not have an online checkout or a shopping cart. Every order is a custom manufacturing order, fulfilled through the following process:

  1. You submit your inquiry (product type, quantity, customization details).
  2. We provide a quotation with your chosen shipping terms (DDP or EXW).
  3. You approve the quotation and digital proof.
  4. We manufacture your order.
  5. We ship your order according to the agreed terms.

SECTION 2: Shipping Terms

We offer two shipping terms. You choose the one that works best for your business.

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)

This is our all-inclusive door-to-door service. One price covers:

  • Product manufacturing and customization
  • Export packaging
  • International freight
  • Customs clearance and duties
  • Last-mile delivery to your address

With DDP, you see one price and your order arrives at your door. No customs surprises. No hidden fees.

EXW (Ex Works)

This is a factory-direct price. It covers:

  • Product manufacturing and customization
  • Export packaging

You are responsible for arranging and paying for all freight, insurance, customs clearance, duties, and delivery from our factory. Once goods leave our facility, the risk transfers to you.

EXW orders receive a 3%–15% discount compared to DDP pricing.

SECTION 3: Production Time

Standard production time is 5–7 business days after order confirmation and deposit receipt.

Production time is separate from shipping transit time. "Production time" means the time it takes to manufacture and package your order. "Shipping time" means the time it takes for the carrier to transport your order from our facility to your address.

For urgent orders, we offer 24-hour rush production on select items and quantities. Contact us to confirm availability.

SECTION 4: Shipping Time and Tracking

Shipping transit time varies by destination and shipping method:

  • Air freight: typically 3–7 business days
  • Sea freight: typically 15–30 business days

Once your order ships, we provide a tracking number by email. You can track your shipment through the carrier's website.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including customs inspections, carrier disruptions, weather events, or force majeure.

SECTION 5: Returns and Refunds

All products manufactured by BringHow are custom-made to your specifications — with your logo, design, colors, and packaging. Custom products cannot be resold.

Return Policy for Custom Products

We do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom-manufactured goods, except in the following cases:

  • The product does not match the approved digital proof.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect that makes it unusable.
  • The wrong product or quantity was shipped.

If your order qualifies under one of the above conditions:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Email hello@bringhow.com with your order details and clear photos or video of the issue.
  • We will review your claim within 2 business days.
  • If the claim is valid, we will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Non-Quality Issues — No Returns

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Incorrect information provided by you (wrong logo, text, size, or color selection) leading to customization errors.
  • Change of mind after the digital proof has been approved or production has started.
  • Minor color variations between the digital proof (screen display) and the physical product, where the variation is within industry-standard tolerances.
  • Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs, or force majeure events beyond our control.

SECTION 6: Order Changes and Cancellations

Before production begins: You may change or cancel your order at no cost, provided production has not yet started.

After production begins: Changes or cancellations may not be possible, or may incur costs for materials and labor already used. Contact us immediately if you need to modify your order.
