SECTION 1: Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the BringHow website (https://bringhow.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use our website or services.

BringHow operates as a factory-direct B2B manufacturer. All orders are fulfilled through a custom quotation and invoicing process — not through an automated online checkout.

BringHow is a custom promotional products and apparel manufacturer based in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. We serve businesses, distributors, and organizations primarily in the United States.

SECTION 3: How Orders Work

BringHow does not operate a traditional e-commerce store. All orders are custom manufacturing orders placed through the following process:

  • You submit an inquiry through our Contact Us form or email.
  • We provide a quotation based on your specifications (product type, quantity, customization, shipping terms).
  • You approve the quotation and receive a 1-hour digital proof for final confirmation.
  • Once approved and deposit received, production begins.
  • Upon completion, we send real photos or video of the finished products for your review.
  • Balance payment is made, and the order ships per the agreed terms (EXW or DDP).

All orders are subject to acceptance by BringHow. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion.

SECTION 4: Pricing and Payment

Pricing: All prices are quoted in USD. Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Prices may be subject to change due to fluctuations in raw material costs, exchange rates, or shipping fees.

Payment Methods:

  • Wire transfer (T/T)
  • PayPal invoice

Payment Terms: Standard terms are 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment. For larger orders or repeat clients, alternative arrangements may be discussed.

SECTION 5: Shipping and Delivery

We offer two shipping terms:

EXW (Ex Works): You are responsible for all freight, insurance, customs clearance, and delivery from our factory. Once goods leave our facility, risk transfers to you.

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): We handle all freight, customs duties, taxes, and door-to-door delivery to your specified address. This is an all-inclusive price.

Production Time: Standard production time is 5–7 business days after order confirmation and deposit receipt. Rush orders (24-hour turnaround) may be available for select items and quantities.

Shipping Time: Delivery transit time varies by destination and shipping method and is separate from production time. We provide tracking information once your order ships.

SECTION 6: Custom Products and Returns

All products manufactured by BringHow are made to your specifications — customized with your logo, design, colors, and packaging.

As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom-manufactured goods, except in the following cases:

  • The product does not match the approved digital proof.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect that renders it unusable.
  • The wrong product was shipped.

If you believe your order qualifies for a return under the above conditions, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, with photographic evidence of the issue. We will review and, if the claim is valid, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

SECTION 7: Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your logos, designs, and branding materials provided to us. By submitting your designs, you warrant that you have the legal right to use them and that they do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

BringHow retains ownership of all product photos, website content, and marketing materials on our website, unless such content was provided by you.

SECTION 8: Limitation of Liability

BringHow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order.

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, customs delays, carrier disruptions, government actions, or force majeure events.

SECTION 9: Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our website for any unlawful purpose.
  • Copy, reproduce, or scrape our product images or content without permission.
  • Submit false or misleading information through our contact forms.

SECTION 10: Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

SECTION 11: Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.
