2. What parts of the product can I customize?
Everything. We offer full-scale customization: you can place your logo and design on any location of the product. Beyond visuals, we can tailor the manufacturing craftsmanship (processes) and packaging to your exact specifications. If you have a unique vision, we have the factory expertise to build it.
3. How fast can I see a preview of my custom design?
We offer a 1-hour electronic proofing service. Once you submit your logo and requirements, our design team will provide a professional digital mock-up within 60 minutes for your review.
4. Do you provide samples?
Yes. We provide free 1-hour electronic proofing to help you visualize your design. For physical samples, we can send pre-production samples for your approval (shipping costs apply). Contact us to start your sample process today.
5. What is your delivery time?
Standard production time is typically 5-7 business days. For urgent needs, we offer a 24-hour rush service on select items. Shipping times vary by destination, but we provide tracking for every order to ensure timely arrival.
6. Do you provide DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping?
Yes! We specialize in DDP shipping to the US and worldwide, handling all customs, duties, and door-to-door delivery so you have zero hassles.
However, if you have your own forwarder and prefer FOB terms, we offer a 3% to 15% discount on your order. You choose the balance between total convenience (DDP) or maximum cost savings (FOB).
7. How can I request a quotation (RFQ)?
Simply provide:
Product type / model
Order quantity
Customization needs (logo, fragrance, packaging, etc.)
Destination country

8. Can I mix and match products from different solution categories?
Absolutely. Our industry solution pages show curated suggestions, but you’re not limited to one category. Pick any items from any solution — uniforms from the Restaurant page, bags from the Office page, whatever fits your brand. You build your bundle, we make it happen.
9. What's the minimum order quantity for solution-based orders?
Unlike individual products (which carry a 100-piece MOQ), solution-based orders are measured by total order value — just $1,000 minimum. Mix as many product types and quantities as you need. As long as your combined order reaches $1,000, we’ll produce it all from one factory, with one invoice, and one DDP shipment.
10. What if I want a product that isn't listed in your solutions?
The products shown on our solution pages represent our most popular items — but our factory capabilities go far beyond what’s displayed. If you need something specific that you don’t see (a different bag style, a unique uniform cut, a specialized accessory), reach out directly. We’ll confirm whether we can manufacture it and add it to your solution bundle. If we can build it, we will.
